Michael is a Senior Valuer and National Civil & Construction Manager with Australian based Grays eCommerce Group. Michael has worked on projects throughout Asia and the United States. With Michael’s 23 years experience as a Valuer he has extensive experience in the preparation of valuations for taxation purposes, financial reporting, insurance, litigation support, bank and insolvency matters. Major projects undertaken include power generation facilities, coal terminals, pulp & paper mills, ammonium nitrate plants, steel mills, printing & food processing plants and theme parks. Michael is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.


Peter Singleton, MA, MRICS

Peter has wide experience in the plant and machinery world having worked as a machinery appraiser / valuer for over 35 years in Europe, N. America, Africa and Asia . Initially working in valuations for insurance purposes with one of the UK’s leading firms in this specialisation he developed his market valuation skills in the troubled times in the UK in the Eighties when the UK manufacturing base was undergoing a seismic change
Latterly he developed his expertise in valuations for balance sheet and accounting purposes and also was in demand acting as an expert witness including appearing in the High Court in London
Simultaneously he led what became one of the largest teams of machinery and equipment appraisers and agents in the UK having day to day responsibility for the services provided by the team. Since 2009 he has been chair of the organising committee of the ICVPME


Peter Campbell, ASA

Pete is owner and President of S.M. Dix Associates, Inc., which specializes in Eminent Domain appraisals and relocation consulting of machinery and equipment. He also appraises for insurance, ad valorem tax, financial and pre-qualification purposes. In addition to his participation with the ICVPME Organization Committee, he is also an active member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a member of the M&TS Committee which he has served in all of the officer positions. He is also a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and past member of the relocation committee.


Rajeev Shah, MRICS, CFA, MBA, M.Val, BE (Mech)

Rajeev is the Managing Director & CEO of RBSA Advisors LLP.
Rajeev heads the teams in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Financial Valuations, Business Development and major client interactions.
Rajeev specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Valuations, Due Diligence, Fund Raising Advisory etc.
He is a Mechanical Engineer, MBA (Gold Medalist) with specialization in Finance and also a Chartered Financial Analyst (Silver Medalist). He has also specialized further in Valuation by doing Master of Valuation in Real Estate (Gold Medalist) and Master of Valuation in Plant & Machinery (Gold Medalist).


Lee P. Hackett, FASA,

organizations, serves on the Board of Trustees of the International Valuation Standards Council (“IVSC”).
Lee earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Science – Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has held various appraisal and managerial positions in the Firm’s professional valuation and consulting practice.
Mr. Hackett has 50 years’ of experience in all aspects of appraisal and valuation, and has served as an expert witness in litigation and advisor to both private and public entities.

Rodney Hyman

Rodney Hyman

Rod Hyman is a Chartered Plant and Machinery Surveyor, and Certified Practising Valuer based in Sydney, Australia with a practice throughout Australia and New Zealand. He has more than 30 years experience.
He is a past board member of the Australian Property Institute, a past member of the Australian Valuation Standards Board and past chair of the Machinery & Business Assets Faculty of the Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors in London, U.K. He has contributed papers and chaired sessions at conferences across the globe.
He is also the convenor and an instructor in the certificate courses in the valuation of plant and machinery at the Australian Property Institute. He was the organizer of the 3rd PME valuation conference in Sydney in 2002 which was a great success.

Rick Berkemeier

Richard Berkemeier, ASARichard Berkemeier is a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers and is the International Head of Education. He was formerly a Vice President of Citigroups’s Investment Banking Division.
He has spoken many times on Basel ll issues affecting the Banking and Appraisal industry.


Robert Clark, ASA

Robert is currently retired from a 29-year career with Industrial Appraisal CO. Pittsburgh, PA. He is accepting consulting work when needed. Having been a Senior Appraiser, specializing in heavy machinery, mostly for asset based lending and at times insurance valuations. Has been involved with The Conference on the Valuation of Plant Machinery and Equipment (ICVPME) since the 2009 conference held at San Francisco, CA. Currently serves as secretary of the ICVPME Committee and Chairman of the ASA M&TS Committee.


Chengjun Wang,

Chengjun Wang is the Vice Chairman of Zhonghe Appraisal Co. Ltd. based in Beijing. Mr. Wang is the Fellow Member of China Appraisal Society (FCPV), Accredited Senior Member (ASA) of American Society of Appraisers, and Fellow Member of Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (FRICS). Mr. Wang is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of Chinese Institute of CPAs.
Mr. Wang has been active in Chinese valuation and consulting profession since 1991,when the valuation profession was first introduced into China. In the past 20 years, Mr. Wang has gained working experiences and reputation in various fields, including the government agency supervising valuation practice and State Owned Assets Administration, professional valuation society and valuation companies, due diligence and consulting services firms.
Mr. Wang is a member of Chinese Valuation Standards Board, former member of IVSC Standards Board and the member of Global Valuer’s Forum, Appraisal Foundation (US). Mr. Wang has spoken many times in domestic and international valuation conferences.
